Privacy policy

How this personal mobility journal handles data.

This website is personal experience only and not medical advice. Please do not send medical details through the contact form.

This Privacy Policy explains how Rosina Hansford, Gedempte Zuiderdiep 22, 9711 HG Groningen, Netherlands, handles personal data connected with this website. The site is a personal blog about my personal practice, my observations, and what I do around gentle gymnastics, joint mobility exercises, and ordinary nutrition notes. It is not a clinic, regulated advisory service, or professional movement service.

Data you choose to send

If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and message. I use those details to read your message, reply when appropriate, and manage ordinary questions about the blog, the Groningen Label Archive, the Garden Desk Conversation, or the Twenty-Nine Prompt Journal. I do not sell contact-form data.

The form is intended for general correspondence about diary structure and personal-note materials. It is not intended for medical details, urgent matters, or private information that should be handled by a qualified professional.

Technical data

A standard web server may process basic technical information such as requested pages, browser type, approximate visit time, referring page, and IP address. This information helps operate the website, review basic traffic patterns, and prevent misuse. It is not used to build medical conclusions or personal movement profiles.

GDPR Article 6 lawful bases

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, processing may rely on these GDPR Article 6 bases:

Google Maps and external resources

The main page embeds a Google Maps iframe for the correspondence address. The site also loads Google Fonts and Font Awesome from content delivery networks. These external providers may process technical data under their own privacy materials. You can use the written address instead of interacting with the map.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, administration, or lawful record needs. Routine messages may be removed when they no longer serve those purposes. If a law requires a longer period for a specific record, that legal period may apply.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Requests can be sent through the contact route on the main page with enough detail to identify the relevant message.

Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens

If you are in the Netherlands and have concerns about data handling, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Children should not use the contact form without involvement from a parent or guardian.

Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, contact process, or legal needs change. The version on this page is the version that applies when you read it.
